Our Humble BeginningsThe conception and birth of Twin Oaks Foods Corporation in 1979 was the culmination of the foresight of an ambitious group of entrepreneurs, who afforded immediate access of excellent quality chocolate and confectionery products at more reasonable prices. The main targets in sight were the consumers in the widely based “C” and “D” markets as well as the numerous small and medium scale industries and institutions. This was a niche, which could be filled by an efficient and innovative orgartnization.
The Baked Goods Shops and Industries, Dairy and Ice Cream Manufacturers, Snack Foods and other Confectionery Producers found opportunities for their own expansion and growth based on ready availability of Raw Materials at reasonable prices, such as chocolate blocks and covertures, coatings, chips, fudges, toppings and syrups. The corporate direction of mutual and cooperative Research and Development of special products with and for the specific use of major customers further enhanced the technical capabilities of Twin Oaks, who now has a high degree of trust, respect and capability within the Chocolate Industry. With the establishment of its sister company, Sucere Foods Corporation inMalolos, Bulacan, strength and directions of the corporate vision of the stockholders is maintained at bringing to all consumers, quality products at the lowest possible prices, thus assuring continuous growth and livelihood for all of its employees. |
